Daka is part of the SARIA Group, which works with processing and recycling
of organic by-products across Europe.

Ownership

Daka is majority-owned by SARIA Denmark ApS. Danish Crown A/S owns a significant minority stake, while Tican and HKScan are minor shareholders.

The ownership reflects Daka as an important link in the value chains for agriculture and slaughterhouses.

Management

Daka is headed by a Managing Director, CEO and a Business Board
responsible for the day-to-day operations and the overall development of the company.

Daka ecoMotion is a joint venture between ecoMotion GmbH and Daka Denmark A/S. EcoMotion GmbH is the majority owner, while Daka Denmark A/S owns a significant minority stake.
