Product description

SF92/15 lard is produced from pure category 3 pig raw materials from slaughterhouses.

The product is stabilised with an antioxidant to prevent rancidity and thereby preserve quality.

The fatty acid composition makes the product suitable as a fat source in pig feed, where it contributes to a stable and uniform fat quality. The content of saturated fatty acids ensures a firm backfat structure with a low iodine value in the slaughter pigs.

The product is primarily used in dry feed, where it can also function as a binder and dust suppressant.

Product description

SF92/15E pork fat is produced from category 3 pig raw materials from abattoirs and is stabilised with antioxidant.

The product contains an added emulsifier, making it suitable for use in liquid feed. The emulsifier ensures that the fat can be mixed into water, which reduces the risk of fat deposits in the feeding system.

The fatty acid composition makes the product suitable as a fat and energy source in pig feed. As with SF92/15, it contributes to a firm backfat structure with a low iodine value in slaughter pigs.
