At ReFood you combine customer contact, responsibility and driving duties in a daily routine where food waste and used cooking oil are turned into new resources.

Daily rutines as a driver

Your working day typically starts from our department in Horsens or Køge. You drive planned routes and collect food waste and used cooking oil from businesses all over the country.

A large part of the day is spent independently on the road, but you are in ongoing contact with transport management, customer service and colleagues.

Freedom with responsibility

At ReFood, you get a great deal of freedom in you daily tasks and influence on how the routes work in practice. At the same time, you are never alone. You will encounter an informal tone, mutual respect and colleagues who help one another.

We believe in dialogue over control and that the best solutions are often found close to everyday work.

More than transport

When you collect food waste and used cooking oil from customers, you are the first link in a value chain where waste becomes new resources.

The materials are subsequently recycled into, among other things, biogas, biodiesel and fertiliser. In this way, your work helps ensure that valuable resources remain in circulation and can be used again.
