Approximately 90 % % of all registrations are made via the app, because it provides quick and easy access to registration 24/7. The app also includes features that strengthen collaboration among employees and make daily management easier.

Selected features in the app

Once you have downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, you sign up using, among other things, your subscription number (mobile number) and choose a password.

The app provides an overview of the expected collection time for each registration. The time is updated every fifteen minutes, so the most accurate estimate will always be shown in the app.

You can also choose to receive push notifications about the expected collection time. Push notifications are enabled via your phone's settings, and you choose in the app which notifications you wish to receive.

If you would like to receive SMS notifications (sent out early in the morning and approximately 2 hours before expected collection), you can contact customer services on telephone 79 28 40 47.

The app allows you to grant employees their own access. You can control who can make preliminary bookings and who is authorised to make the final booking, broken down by different addresses.

This ensures clear workflows and less coordination, as well as a higher level of digital security should an employee leave your organisation.

The PigUp & Ko app supports multiple languages, allowing employees with different linguistic backgrounds to use the app in their daily work.

Language is set automatically based on the phone's language settings: Danish=Danish, Ukrainian=Ukrainian, Romanian=Romanian, Other languages=English

You can change language directly in the app.

If you have multiple addresses and CVR / registration numbers, you can manage them from the same login in the app. You can easily switch between them without having multiple users.

If you as a pig producer have multiple addresses or CPH numbers linked to the same collection point, they can be grouped together in the app. This provides simple administration, integration with the CPH and Pig Movement databases, as well as access to statistics on notifications broken down by address and CPH number.

You can freely name your stables and addresses in the app so that they make sense in your everyday work. The names are only used internally by you.

In the app settings, you can enable push notifications and choose which ones you want to receive.

That way, you can be reminded of animal movements, scheduled collection times, and pre-registrations by an employee.

The app gathers important messages and service announcements in one place. You can find them via the app's menu in the top right-hand corner.

In the app, you can access a history of your collections and track how the process works over time.

You can also track your performance and see how you are doing compared to other farmers.

Among other things, the app displays the order processing speed, the accuracy of the numbers of animals ordered and collected, and any spoilage charges.

There is also a history via customer login.
