Data protection and GDPR

Data handling is part of our operations, and Daka processes personal data about, among others, customers, partners and suppliers in accordance with the GDPR.

This includes, among other things, access control, proper use of data and documented processes for storage and deletion.

Digital solutions and service

Digital solutions are an integral part of the service we provide to our customers and partners. Customers use digital tools themselves in their relationship with Daka – including for planning, registration, and documentation.

Traceability and documentation are quite simply central to the business. This places demands on stable operations, high availability and secure data handling as a prerequisite for solutions and deliveries to function.
